She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Spence. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Runyon (Charles) of Catlettsburg, Donna Meade (Pat) of Catlettsburg, Diane Young (Roger) of Catlettsburg, Angie Holley (Arnold) of Catlettsburg and Amy Hurst (Larry) of Fort Gay, WV; her grandchildren, Melissa (Jamie), Amanda (James), Laura (Mike), Kristy (Steve), Aaron (Lacey), Charlie, Adam, Ali and Sara; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Brayden, Lilin, Jaxson, Libby, Alayna and Berklee; her great great grandchildren, Mia and Maevee; her siblings, Don Boyd (Ernest Watkins), Elmer Boyd, Vernon Boyd, Lula Akers and Pansy Butler; and her sister-in-law Thelma Boyd. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (2409 Center St, Catlettsburg, KY 41129). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
