He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Joe and Gloria Swanson Robinette Spurlock of Ashland, Kentucky.; his daughter Sheena Lee Wooley; his siblings, George "Porge" Spurlock (Shelia "Kay" Spurlock), Ronald Spurlock, Sharon Cox (Sheridan Cox), Gloria "Jeanie" Swann and Kimberly Gail Crisp; and his brother-in-law Tom Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Lynn Spurlock of Catlettsburg, KY, Tesah Marie Honaker (Adam) of Catlettsburg, KY and Danny Joe Spurlock of Catlettsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Hannah Bevins, Abby Bevins, Karson Honaker, Shiann Spurlock, Aliyah Spurlock, Kylenn Honaker, Daniel "Cash" Spurlock and Kamryn Honaker; his siblings, Billy Spurlock (Penny) of Catlettsburg, Linda Dennison (Jimmy) of Catlettsburg, KY, Jan Evans (Judy Stanley) of Catlettsburg, KY and Paula Spurlock; and the mother of his children Mary Lynn Spurlock. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
