He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Harris; and his close friend Dolphy Dickerson. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Spurr of Huntington, WV and Mistie Chandler (Tim) of Lynden; his goddaughter Katrina Nelson (Scott) of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, Victoria, Ralena, Aaron, Raven, Sidney, Kimberly, Sasha, Lucy, Olivia, Chloe, Isabella and Patrick; his great grandchildren, Owen, Oliver, Clementine, Juniper and Declan; his sister Sharon Taylor of Kenova, WV.; and his friend Doug Burton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
