O'Neal (Shane) of Catlettsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Dakota Thompson, Landon Cooper, Lucas Thompson, Jaxon Thompson, Cooper Thompson, Timothy Pope, Casey O'Neal and Michelle O'Neal; and his siblings, Bill Thompson (Ruth) of Catlettsburg, KY, Wanda Moore of Louisa, KY and Doris Moore of Ashland, KY.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
