We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2024, at the age of 88, Harold Vallance of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, born in Wurtland, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Vallance and Elsie Bartley Vallance; his son Tedd Vallance; his daughter-in-law Pat Vallance; and his siblings, Charles and Dorothy.

He is survived by : his wife Lottie Mullins Vallance; his children, James and Christi; his granddaughters, Hannah (Aung), Chelsea and Kelli; his great grandchildren, Xander, Isabel, Joshua, Caleb and Benjamin; and his siblings, Carl, Betty and Judy.
