He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kinser Ratliff; his son Gregg Bybee (Cheryl) of Centerville, TN; and his siblings, Ercel Ratliff (Christie) of Boyd County, KY and Drucilla Chaffin. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
