He is survived by: his wife Nola Davis; his daughters, Jennifer Minigh (David) of Catlettsburg and Margaret Pancake (Bill) of Coal Grove, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kevin Pennington (Samantha), Katelyn Gillispie (Joe) and Julia Cardot (Rich); and his great grandchildren, Chase, Jalynn, Ryker and Korie. He is also survived by nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (2409 Center St, Catlettsburg, KY 41129). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at the Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens (422 55th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
