He was predeceased by: his parents, Luster D. Fields and Doris C Fields; his wife Cora A. Fields; and his brother Jack A. Fields. He is survived by: his children, Steven M. Fields of Rush, KY and Brenda S.; his son-in-law Bill Hardin of Maryville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Fields Murray, Allison Hardin McGowan and Russ Hardin. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
