He is survived by: his daughters, Chloe Elizabeth Vicky Perry of Huntington, WV and Isabella Sophia "Sophie" Rebekah Perry of Huntington, WV; and his siblings, Brandon Scott Arthur and Barbara "Barbie" Renee Finley (Justin) of Huntington, WV.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
