She is survived by: her son Billy Cornette (Pam) of Catlettsburg, KY; her granddaughters, Kelli Butler and Tiffany Cornette; her great grandchildren, David Hill and Cayden "Little Man" Butler; her nieces and nephews, Eileen and Eddie Hicks; her close friend Kay Brown; her caregiver Mary Castle; her husband Charles Cornette; her grandson William R. Cornette; and her pet Tinkerbell.
