She is survived by: her husband Samuel T. Whitlock; her children, Michael Whitlock of Summitt, Joe Whitlock (Jody) of Rush, KY, Jill Gindlesperger (Richie) of Catlettsburg, KY and Tina Whitlock of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Kathy Whitlock, Shasta Whitlock, Sarah McPeek (Nathan), Samantha McDavid Seth (Patrick), Eli Whitlock, Eric Gindlesperger (Christine), Emily Gindlesperger, Jason Kouns (Charlotte) and Lila Kouns; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Liam McDavid, Wyatt Stephens, Dorian, Nora Whitlock, Myles, Lola Kouns, Scarlett, Slater Gindlesperger, Malachi, Audra and Alivia Whitlock; and her sister Carolyn Smith of Newark, OH..
