We are sad to announce that, on October 23, 2023, at the age of 79, Kenneth Eugene Walters of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, born in Corbin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Caleb and Gertrude Head Walters. He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Walters; and his children, Kenneth E. Walters, II (Tammy), Sandra Walters (Brian Young), Tina Mays (Chris Bryce), Beverly, Holly Sidell and Terry Carter (Scott Marvin). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
