She was predeceased by: her father Andy "Maw" Bonner; her husband Harold "Don" Evans; her daughter Sandra Evans Johnson; and her brothers, Terry Bonner Coburn and Pete Bonner.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Evans Cook (Duane) of Catlettsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Erik David Ealey, Shannon Cook, Ryne Cook and Adam Cook; and her great grandchildren, Avery Ealey, Dean Maynard and Ellie Cook. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
