He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Brown and Helen Rymer Brown; his brothers, Vernon Brown (Joyce), Larry Ray Brown (Mary Lou) and Ronnie Meade; and his brother-in-law Haskell Chapman.
He is survived by : his son Bartley David Brown (Vijay Viswanathan); his granddaughters, Mira Brown of Thousand Oaks, CA. and Lina Brown of Thousand Oaks, CA.; his siblings, Richard Lee Brown (Rebecca) of Catlettsburg, KY, William Keith Brown of Ashland, KY. and Barbara Chapman of Catlettsburg, KY; and his pets, Gracie and Scooter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
