He is survived by : his parents, Mike Amos and Jo Amos of Burnaugh, KY.; his children, Connor Michael and Addison Kate of Catlettsburg; his brother Christopher; his daughter Izzy; his cousins, Shelly Sorrell, Micheal Ann Luxon, Rob, Brad Holbrook, David, Aaron Amos, Todd Chaney and Nick Jerdon; and his friend Cindy (William Parsons).
