She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Sr. Mullins and Victoria Ramey Mullins; her husband Robert West; and her siblings, Beulah Deorlene Tackett, Kathy Irene Hill, William Percy Mullins of Charleston, Clarence Ray Mullins, Rodney Zoe Mullins and Ricky Garfield Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Robin West of Catlettsburg, Robbie West of Catlettsburg and Michael Isaac West of Oxford, Michigan; her brothers, Isaac Milton Mullins of Ashland, David Leon Mullins of Ashland, Paul Edward Mullins of Ashland and Larry Thomas Mullins of Ashland; her grandchildren, Emily West and Conner West; and her great grandchildren, Alucard West, Layla West, Malakai, Luna West and Kali West. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101).
