It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Joe Stevens of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Stevens and Lucy Stevens; and his sister Marlene Blankenship. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Stevens and Emma Lou Coburn; his wife Darlene Docken Stevens of Catlettsburg; his sons, Nicholas Gallow Docken Stevens (Shelley Welch) of Ironville and David Riffe (Toni) of Westwood; his brothers, Ellis Lee Stevens (Sue) of Ashland and David Stevens (Pat) of Mendon, MI; and his granddaughters, Natalie Elizabeth Stevens and Olivia Docken Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
