He is survived by: his wife Julia Hall Bellamy; his children, Kellie Miles of Boyd County, Kentucky, Shawda Potter (Scott) of Boyd County, Kentucky and Roger Bellomy of Boyd County, Kentucky; his grandchildren, David Miles, Amelia Trevino, Aidan Potter, Olivia Potter, Chelsey Powell and Caiden Malone; his great grandchildren, Asa Trevino and McKenna Travino; and his siblings, Eddie Bellomy, Rick Bellomy, Edna Clark, Shirley Sturgill and Mary Bell Bellomy.
