He is survived by: his wife Patricia Duvall Branham; his son Brian David Branham (Lori) of Catlettsburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Citori Branham, Wyatt Branham, Lakin Crum (Mallory) and Ryan Blanton (Emily). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
