He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Miniard (Mike) of Catlettsburg, KY, Lisa Blevins (Lundie) of Ashland, KY and Stephanie Goral (Greg) of Lillington, NC; his grandchildren, Kristin Gridley (Eli), Jordan Blevins (Nikki), Harlee Miniard (Jacob Grubbs), Mollie Blevins and Josie Goral; his great grandchildren, Lainie Blevins, Elijah Gridley, Levi Gridley and Nathanael Gridley; his siblings, Earl Lewallen of Melbourne, FL and Shirley O'Neal of Ashland, KY.; and his sister-in-law Alice Lewallen of Ashland, KY.
