He is survived by : his sons, TJ Mansfield (Alexandra) of Ashland, KY and Steven (Alexis Mansfield); his grandsons, Roman and Theodore Mansfield; and his siblings, David Mansfield of Ashland, KY and Roberta Parker (John) of Ashland, KY.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
