He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas "D. C." Baldwin and Berneeda Green Baldwin; and his brother David Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Brumley Baldwin; his children, David Burbrink (Deanna) of Emerson, KY, Adam Baldwin, Marisa Caudill of South Shore, KY, Ashley Baldwin of Nicholasville, KY and Hannah Moore (Jeff) of Catlettsburg, KY; his brother Tim Baldwin (Lisa) of Grayson, KY; his sister-in-law Donna Baldwin of Zephyrhills, FL; and his grandchildren, Carson Caudill, Kynadee Lewis, Zoe Moore, Oliver Burbrink, Lexi Baldwin, Kylie Baldwin and Keaton Baldwin.
