Crum; his adoptive daughter Ginger Nolen; his siblings, Sharon Pinson and Gary Crum (Peggy); his grandchildren, Casey Crum, Lacy Crum and William Evan Crum; his stepgrandson Jonathon Stapleton; his great grandchildren, Hannah and Emma Crum; and his caregiver Terry Howell.
