She is survived by : her daughter Beth Walker Hayes; the fathers of child, Patrick Hayes and Richard Walker of Cave City; her granddaughter Sarah Katherine Hayes (Seth Coates); her children, Clayton, Waylon Winchester, Wendy Walker, Kelly Walker, Mark Walker and Claudia Walker; her close friend Steve "Fuzzy" Perry; the father of her children Oren Walker; and her brother Wiley Eugene McCluskey.
