He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Middleton and Diane Lane Middleton; his aunt Jenny; and his uncles, Earl, Eck, George and Rodney.
He is survived by: his brothers, Mark Middleton of Glasgow and Robert Middleton (Monica) of Glasgow; and his aunts, Dorothy Barton of Indiana and Janice Simpkins of Indiana.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home (801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
