He was predeceased by: his parents, Byrd Smith and Meddie Saylor Smith; and his son Big Wes Smith. He is survived by: his children, Aggie Smith (Tracy) and Darrell Smith (Misty); and his close friend Kay Bargo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
