George Grubbs Obituary
The memory of George Grubbs of Cawood, Kentucky, who passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Blane Grubbs and Sudie Swanson Grubbs; his brothers, Harvey, Hayward, Franklin, Ken, Lawrence and Oscar; his nephews, Kenneth Wayne Grubbs, Rick Ruark and Pat Grubbs; and also, Mae Ruark and Dwain G. "Twrep" Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie Haynes, Pauline McElwain, Dixie Davidson, Louis and Carl Grubbs; and his sister-in-law Freda Grubbs (Derek Abbott). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Laws and Jones Funeral Home (114 S 3rd St, Harlan, KY 40831).
