He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Carroll and Vanetta Joyce Carroll. He is survived by: his son Bryan Carroll (Kayla); his grandson Brayden Carroll; and his siblings, Michael Carroll (Amy Million), Jeanette Overton (Tommy) and Rosie Overton. He is also survived by nephews, nieces other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Anderson Laws and Jones Funeral Home (114 S 3rd St, Harlan, KY 40831). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
