It is with sadness that the passing of Roy Lee Harris of Cawood, Kentucky is shared. Roy, born on July 10, 1949, passed away on September 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Roy will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Harris and Mary Harris; his wife Peggy; and his sisters, Loretta Helton and Helen Saylor.
He is survived by: his son Brian Lee Harris of Indiana; and his siblings, Tommy Harris (Jenny), Dorothy Jones (Bo), Connie Goldberry and Norma Jean White (Darrell). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
