She is survived by: her children, Darlene Nix (Don), Susan Johnson (Bill), Amy McArthur (Dave), Hart Spurlock (Donna) and James Spurlock (Jeronica); and her daughters-in-law, Dianne Spurlock and Cathy Spurlock.
