She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Brewer and Annie Brewer; her husband Billy Collins; her siblings, Harold, Wilburn, Marvin Brewer and Nellie Napier; and her grandson Billy Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy (Sonny Ray), Steve (Patricia Collins) and Ann Collins of Georgia; her sisters, Loretta Couch of Kildav and Kathy Brewer of Kildav Ky; and her close friends, Frances Partin, Kathy Jenkins and Jack Thompson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, as well as great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
