She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Smallwood; her parents, Carley Botts Hawkins and Laura Katherine Hawkins; and her sisters, Linda Mitchell and Patricia Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Redmond (Jarrett) of Elizabethtown, KY, Troy Smallwood (Nannette) of Cecilia, KY and Carla Kuhn (Dean) of Elizabethtown, KY; her sisters, Katherine Pate of Elizabethtown, KY and Sandy Mula of Eastview, KY; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda, Allie, Hannah, Eli, Nataleigh and Trever. She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Manakee Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (2098 Leitchfield Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
