He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Miles and Ollie Stillwell Miles; his wife Helen Darlene Whitlock Miles; his siblings, Lou Ellen Harned, Eleanor Harper and Arthur Lee Miles; and his granddaughter Lynnsey Nicole Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Johnson (Lynn) of Glendale and Barry Miles (Sheila) of Cub Run; his stepdaughter Vicki LaFollette (Charlie) of Buffalo; and his grandchildren, Brian Minton, Charles Miles, Barry Keith Miles, Jessica Miller and Bryanna Parker. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
