She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Chrystal and Mary Rose Newton; and her son Yves G. Chrystal. She is survived by : her daughter Rosa M. Jackson; and her cousin Sharon K. Newton. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
