He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Thomas and Pearl Minton Milliner; his siblings, Ernest, Leslie, Herschel, Charles, Franklin "Pete" Milliner, Glennie Drane, Mabel Milliner and Thelma Self; and his nieces and nephews, Dale Self, Ronnie Milliner, Delores Phelps, Shirley Cook, Brenda Kuburz and Robin Elliots.
He is survived by: his daughter Paula French (Loyd) of Cecilia, KY; his grandsons, Chase Blair (Rachael) of Thornton, CO and Ryan Blair (Arcadia) of Cecilia, KY; his great grandchildren, Jaemeson, Louella and Benjamin Blair; and his close friend Sue Douthitt.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
