He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Puckett and Elva Elizabeth Puckett; and his siblings, Precious Owens, Louise Owens, Margaret Rye, William Puckett, Harry Puckett and Robert Puckett.

He is survived by: his significant other Janice Puckett of Cecilia, KY.; his daughter Angelique Kaye Puckett of Cecilia, KY; his brothers, Charles Puckett (Mary) of Magnolia, KY and Donald Puckett (Wilma) of Munfordville, KY; and his sister-in-law Joesphine Puckett of Elizabethtown, KY..

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Freedoms Way Church (1190 Tabb Rd, Cecilia, KY 42724). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
