He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Hayes of Cecilia, KY; his son Johnnie Hayes, Jr. (Tammy) of Cecilia, KY; his sister Wilma Waddell; his grandchildren, Michael Hayes (Jessica), Shawn Hayes (Kayla), Kendall Reichardt (Josh) and Cody Helm (Azaria); and his great grandchildren, John Hayes, Shawn Hayes, Tristan King, Grace Hayes, Henry Hayes and Harleigh Reichardt.
