He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Brown and Lattie Mae Brown. He is survived by: his wife Betty Elaine Graham of Cecilia, KY; his children, Heather Miller of Cecilia, KY and Thomas Christopher Graham of Charlestown, IN; and his grandchildren, Zachary Melvin Graham, Jacob Daniel Graham, Britney Nicole Miller, Zoe Rae-Ann Miller and Christopher Edward Graham.
