He is survived by: his wife Sally Jo'el Johnson; his daughters, Leslie Crowe (Jeremy) of Hartford, KY, Lisa Zlatovic (Senad) of Rogers, AR and Gina Johnson (Kyle Martin) of Harford, KY; his granddaughters, Eva Grace, Adley Joelle, Lyla Jane, Minka Grace, Mila Bradley, Remi Cate and Kinsley Grace; his siblings, Shirley Grundy (Thurman) of Central City, Kathy Hardin of Kuttawa, KY, Danny Johnson of Kuttawa, KY, Stan Johnson (Sherry) of Morgantown, KY, Vernon Johnson of Morgantown, KY and Eric Johnson of Kuttawa, KY; his stepmother Ruby Suddath Johnson; his stepsiblings, Reda Casebier (Scott) of Beechmont, KY, Alton Gaines (Lisa) of Beechmont, KY and Rodney Gaines (Meredith) of Greenville, KY; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Bishop of Centertown, KY and Joe Bishop (Melinda) of Centertown, KY; his uncle Bobby Johnson of Gilbertsville, KY; and his mother-in-law Grace Bishop of Centertown, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bevil Bros. Funeral Home (226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY 42320).
