He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Cookie" Everly; his sister Patricia Wolgamott; his daughter Sabrina Everly; his grandson Jordan Alexander Everly; and his stepchildren, Henry Darryl Simmons and Carol Jeanne Warner. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
