Hunter Shields Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hunter Shields of Centertown, Kentucky, who passed away on January 5, 2026 at the age of 28. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Tonja Shields; his cousin Caleb Barnes; and his pet Obi. He is survived by: his parents, Mandy Hays (Chris) of Owensboro and Joe Shields (Sheila) of Morgantown; his siblings, Eli Hays (Hannah), Hillary Shepherd and Matt Burden; his niece Elizabeth Fern "Ellie" Hays; his nephews, Bryson and Braxton Wooldridge; and his grandparents, Terry, Pat Kessinger, Richard Shields, Clellan, Brenda Hays and James Boone.
