He is survived by: his mother Toni Helms Flener (Jimmy Sorrels) of Centertown; his fiancée Molly Wallace of Rockport; his siblings, Adam Flener (Azlin) of Owensboro, Heather Phelps (Anthony) of Bowling Green and Holly Clark (Cameron) of Centertown; his stepsister Jasmine Sorrels (Ashton McDowell); and his pet Cave. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the William L. Danks Funeral Home (222 N Lafayette St, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
