With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathan Glenn Woolen of Centertown, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2026 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Minton Hawkins and Michael Woolen; his grandparents, Jerry Minton, Melvin Woolen and Alberta Fleming; and his uncle Earl Minton.
He is survived by: his children, Alice and Cole Woolen; the mother of his children Erin Woolen; his brothers, Kevin Woolen (Amanda) and Andrew Woolen; and his grandmother Sue Minton. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
