He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fleener (Reneer); his children, Scott Fleener (Kim), Kathy Fleener of Centertown, Sandra Daugherty (Gene Simpson) of Centertown and Cindy Fleener of Centertown; and his sisters, Pat Basham of Russellville, Phyllis Buxton (Larry) of San Antonio and Lee Thompson of Russellville. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
