It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Welborn of Central City, Kentucky, who passed away on November 11, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Wayne Welborn and Eula Alice Welborn; and her siblings, Irvin Welborn Jr., Alfred Welborn, James Harold Welborn, Blanche Williams, Rosalie Kinkade, Barbara Evitts and Margaret Wells.
She is survived by: her siblings, Wendell Welborn of Powderly and Winnie Bruce of Powderly; and her nieces, Shaye Adkins (Randy), Frances Chatham (Van) and Angela Stovall (Danny).
