He is survived by: his parents, Danny Phillips and Jackie Phillips; his son Harrison Phillips; his siblings, Brandy Bishop (Craig) and Jay Perry Phillips; and his uncles, Tommy Perry and Tommy Phillips (Lisa).
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
