He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder John West Bard and Rosie Mae Drake Bard; and his siblings, John Alexander Bard, Nevin Prentice Bard and Gloria Brewer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elder Charles Bard, Elder Cecil Bard (Monessa), Elder Kelly Bard (Sandra), Erma Bard, Oneta Bard and Beverly Bard; his sister-in-law Sally Bard; and his aunt Lovella Drake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
