He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Bulczak; his stepchildren, Lisa Dennison (Mugford) and Scott Mugford; his great grandchildren, Douglas A. Everly, Lilly G. Everly and Gunnar Everly; his sister Marion Vincent (Edwards); and his sister-in-law Molly Sanders.
