He is survived by: his wife Eileen Capps Neal; his daughter Tracie Smith (Paul) of Cadiz, KY; his stepson Brandon Smith of Bremen, KY; his grandchildren, Travis, Jesse, Lacy, Cody, Sarah, Mya, Emily, Sadie, Isaiah and Rikki Lynn; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Phoenix, Jaxon, Jack, Ollie, Jayden, Lindsey and Bobby; his siblings, Larry Neal (Gail), John Kimmel (Julie), Debbie Goldston (Phillip) and Randy Kimmel (Trudy); and his stepsister Sonia Bivens. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the New Harmony Cemetery (8525 KY-181, Bremen, KY 42325).
