She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Emil Rossman and Estelle Marie Salterallie Rossman; her husband John Harold Bratcher; and her son-in-law Dirk Allen. She is survived by: her children, Bunny Allen and Paul H. Bratcher (Laurel); and her sister Pauline Orr. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
